A wonderful artistic morning occurred in St. Ronan’s today as we welcomed artist, Julie and American poet, Nancy to our school. We began our project on “Saints and Scholars” in preparation for the St. Patrick’s Day exhibition at the Strule Arts Theatre in March. Children enjoyed discussion work and got very busy painting characters that inspire us today. Next week we will write poems with Nancy. It was very busy but we had lots of fun.
