P6 visit Marble Arch Caves
4th Jun 2018
Primary 6 enjoyed a fabulous day exploring all the geographical features that the Marble Arch Geopark had to offer. We travelled fifty metres underground to enjoy a boat trip and exam stalagmites and stalactites and many other rock formations. It was quite chilly. We discussed and examined stuffed mammals that are local to the area.We picnicked outside, enjoying the warm Fermanagh climate and then carried out a mini-beast hunt in the local forest. A wonderful trip!
