On Wednesday 8th April our P1 children travelled to Gillygooley PS. We talked about seeds and what they need to grow. Each child planted some kidney bean seeds in a food bag with damp kitchen roll and cotton wool. We will watch them growing in our classroom when we stick them to our windows. Later we planted some cress seeds in soil. We will watch them growing also. We enjoyed working and playing together at break time. We loved looking at the hens in Gillygooley PS too.
