Health and well-being talk by Frank Diamond from the ALPS Charity

Children in P6 and 7 enjoyed a recent visit from Frank Diamond for the ALPS Charity.

We were inspired and humbled by Frank’s stories and experiences as a missionary in Africa.

Frank also spoke to the children about looking after their physical and mental health and he encouraged them to practice resilience every day.
