On Tuesday Rosie visited pupils from Recarson to deliver a workshop on Healthy Me. The children talked, listened, played games and sang songs on the theme. The main emphasis of the day allowed children to focus on the fact that it's okay not to feel okay at times. We discussed all the things we could do and the people around us we could talk to when we weren't feeling positive. It was a very memorable, worthwhile workshop and the children thoroughly enjoyed Rosie's charming presentation style.
